Scope of Work: The project involved the replacement of an aging boiler with a modern, high-performance system. This like-for-like replacement required seamless integration into the facility’s existing infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted operations.

Approach: Synergy worked closely with the boiler vendor and the contractor to coordinate every phase of the project. This collaborative effort ensured a smooth design and implementation process. By proactively addressing challenges during the design phase, we avoided unnecessary costs and delays.
